Betty M. Crawford, 77, of Cabot died Monday at the ACMH Hospital, Kittanning.

She was born Oct. 22, 1930, in Lardintown.

She was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and collecting antiques. She was also a foster mother and grandmother for more than 30 years.

Surviving are her five sons, Howard D. Crawford of Mill Village, Dennis A. Crawford of Girard, Samuel P. Crawford of Cabot, James R. Crawford of Butler and June A. Crawford of Leechburg; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and her sister, Edna Johnson of New Castle.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband Howard G. Crawford on May 12, 1989; and numerous brothers and sisters.

<B>CRAWFORD</B> — Friends of Betty M. Crawford, who died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
