Lillian C. Siford
Lillian C. Hollenbeck Siford, 73, of Boyers, formerly of Pittsburgh, died at 11:31 a.m. Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot following an extended illness.
Born Sept. 24, 1935, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Gadde Hollenbeck.
She had been a cook on a tugboat for the Dravo Corp. She had also been a waitress in Allison Park and a bartender at Rock Ann Haven. She was retired.
She is survived by her companion, Richard "Dick" Ash of Boyers; her daughter and companion, Laurie Siford and Allan Schempp of Boyers; three grandchildren, Joshua and Amber King of Slippery Rock, Mrs. Brandon (Sara) Barnes of Slippery Rock, and Heather Kelly and her companion, Chuck Ruffner, of Boyers; a great-grandson, Logan King; and four sisters, Gladys Nelson, June Reynolds, Ruth Dugo and Lois Cox.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Siford Prorok, who died May 25, 2001; and a brother.
