Dan Dillon, center, captured his second straight Butler Country Club Junior Championship by shooting rounds of 78 and 80 for a 158 over the 36-hole distance in August 1974. Dan Hutchinson, right, dominated in the 14 and under age group with a 96 - 85 - 181. Runner-up Eric Fudoli, not pictured, was in with a 222. Jim Coulter, left, pushed Dillon with a comeback round of 76 after an opening 85 to wind up three swings behind Dillon. Chip Wise and Bob Jackson each hit 172s in the 15-18 age group.
