Charles Robert Larkin, 58, of Cranberry Township died Tuesday at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital.

Born Feb. 25, 1950, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Charles Robert and Margie (McDonough) Larkin Sr.

Mr. Larkin was a member of the St. Matthias Catholic Church, Evans City, and attended the St. Gregory Catholic Church, Zelienople.

He sang in the Diocesan Choir, piloted his own airplane, loved riding his Harley motorcycle and was a member of the Condor Aero Club. He also enjoyed spending time at his beach house in Nags Head, N.C.

Mr. Larkin was the senior vice president, North Hills District, for National City Bank.

He is survived by his loving wife, Joan M. (Zilavy) Larkin of Cranberry Township; a son, Justin E. Rausch of Los Angeles, Calif.; a brother, James C. Larkin and his wife, Marcie, of Fairfax, Va.; and two sisters, Debbie Larkin and her husband, Jeff Stout, of Boston, Mass., and Colleen Babineau of Los Angeles, Calif.

<B>LARKIN</B> — Friends of Charles Robert Larkin, who died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cranberry Township</B>, 130 Wisconsin Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople.
