Virginia Lee “Ginny” Latini, 66, of Saxonburg, passed away Monday, Oct. 5, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Feb. 7, 1960, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of James Blose and Janet Fockler Blose.

Ginny was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. She was passionate about cooking and baking, enjoyed going to the beach, camping, outdoor flower gardening, tending to her house plants and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph Latini, whom she married April 21, 1979; two daughters, Melissa Latini and Jessica Johnson, both of Saxonburg; her grandchildren, Dillon and Katelyn; her mother, of Slate Lick; and her siblings, Jack (Gail) Blose, of Cabot, Sharon (Peter) Turano, of Lower Burrell, Dan (Gaylene) Blose, of Slate Lick, and Greg (Becki) Blose, of Freeport.

She was preceded in death by her father.

LATINI — Friends of Virginia Lee “Ginny” Latini, who died Monday, Oct. 5, 2026, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at the funeral home, with Pastor Carmen Shullo Sr. officiating.

Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
