Steven R. Jensen, 70, of Vandergrift died Friday at UPMC Presbyterian.

Born Dec. 7, 1938, in Barron, Wis., he was the son of Melvin Jensen and Evelyn (Carlson) Lawton.

He was a retired race car driver. He was a member of Cadogan Field and Stream and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Freeport.

Surviving are his mother of Rice Lake, Wis.; his father of Barron, Wis.; his daughter, Dana (Jim) Park of Hephzibah, Ga.; his sister, Sharon Miller of Lake Tomahawk, Wis.; two half-brothers, Charlie Lawton of Rice Lake, Wis., and Mark Jensen of Wisconsin; his half-sister, Kathy Oliver of Asheville, S.C.; and three grandchildren.
