Lois Marie Uber, 86, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 19.

Born in Elyria, Ohio, she moved to Bradenton in 1976 from Chicora and lived for 16 years in Cambridge Village. She then moved to Franklin, N.C., in 1992 and returned to Bradenton in 2000.

She was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church.

She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Charles C. Uber.

She is survived by a nephew, Robert B. (Kathleen) Shaw of Bradenton; a niece, Barbara (Clarence) Frymier of Elyria, Ohio; and a sister, Francis Albers of Bradenton.
