1970 RODEO QUEEN — Carrie Eppihimer of Portersville was the 1970 North Washington Rodeo Queen. Here she rides her mount around the arena in the Grand Entry Cavalcade in August of that year. The 2015 edition of the rodeo is going on now and runs through Saturday.
