William R. Baird, 68, of Butler died Saturday.

Bill was a longtime employee of Sears. He worked at the East Liberty and Butler stores for more than 31 years.

He was the beloved husband of Victoria E. (Czerniewski) Baird; son of the late Alexander and Barbara (Sunter) Baird-Izatt; son-in-law of Benjamin and the late Helen Czerniewski; brother of the late Edith Brown; and brother-in-law of L. Edwin Brown.
