Kriebel

Nancy J. Kriebel, 73, of Parker passed away Wednesday afternoon at Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from complications with cancer.

Born Jan. 11, 1936, at Dutch Hill, Perry Township, Clarion County, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Harold and Rachel McIlwain Barger.

She was a member of Park Hill Church of God in West Freedom.

A homemaker, mother and wife, she nurtured and helped raise numerous children in addition to her own.

She is survived by her husband, Claude Kriebel; a son, Jeff (Mary Jane) Barger of Parker; a sister, Bonnie Hahn (Donald) of Knox; three brothers, Jim Barger of Parker, Dan Barger of Parker and Dennis Barger of Clarview; a special niece, Nichoel Barger, who lived with Nancy and Claude for 22 years; a grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Nira Belle Pennington, Pauline Sabich, Ruby Barger and Jean Preston; and a brother, Jerry "Tink" Barger.
