What million dollar area of Butler do you live in? I grew up on the Southside. It has never been nor is now a slum. I will bet that most of the houses on the southside have mortgages that are paid in full and pay their taxes on time.
It is never a good idea to close a road that is a main thorofare.
Again I ask where is your million dollar house?
