Toomey has proposed legislation that would ban congressional earmarks. It was voted down, as most Senators want to continue the practice of bringing home to their states and districts pork projects that will keep constituents voting them back in office, all the while further increasing our 15 trillion dollar debt.

Wouldn't you (and most others) consider that effort a positive attempt to clean up our government?
