evolutionary bump

As I grew up I became accustomed that children came from marriage. It was even considered a bad thing if a child was born outside of wedlock. Along the way I assumed that our intellectual nature was guiding how the species evolved. When I got older I also learned that there were laws pertaining to who could get married. Laws like a brother and sister could not marry. Maybe you have heard of other combinations not allowed by law and made for the purpose of healthier children. Years started to go by and marriage became not so importantly associated with children. Getting older meant more children were being born from unmarried couples. Today I began wondering about any connection between marriage and children that met the lawful criteria. These laws about who can marry meant for the purpose of a better gene pool seem to be unconstitutional. That is what I get from the latest court decision handed down concerning marriage. If two men can get married then why not two brothers. One can figure more possibilities from all the mix and matching including closely related couples of opposite sexes, no matter the taboo. Yes, it should seem absolute to us all that any law on the books about who can marry is now unconstitutional for our evolutionary sort, particularly since federal legal sense dominates the prowess of our intellect to ensure marriage is a different branch that has nothing to do with our family trees.
