Charline Buckley Neal, 99, passed away Monday at Shannondale Healthcare in Tennessee.

She was born and raised in Bruin, where she spent most of her life. For the past 10 years, she lived in Knoxville with her daughter.

Charline was preceded in death by her husband, Dale E. Neal; her parents, John and Nellie Buckley; a sister, Ruth; and a brother, Jim.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Terwilliger; a sister, Margaret Buck; and several nieces and nephews.
