LYNDORA — The 17th annual Butler County Homebuyers Fair will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Tanglewood Center 10 Austin Ave.

It will feature exhibits by Realtors, banks, housing agencies, mortgage lenders, insurance agencies, housing inspectors, attorneys and other service providers.

There also will be continuous workshops on special topics such as first time homebuyer mortgage programs, working with Realtors, credit repair, housing construction, home inspections, refinancing and loan restructuring, and reverse mortgages.

Credit reports are also made available.
