It's funny Cass, that's EXACTLY how I feel about welfare and government subsidized programs. Those that truly need it have had it ruined by those who abuse the system and I have no problem helping those that really need it. But if you truly want to fix this country, fix that first and get rid of the culture of dependency that has become some prevalent. If you clean up that system, there will be plenty of money for everything else.
