Two women were involved in an accident that sent a Honda Fit compact SUV into the storefront of E-Z Stop on Main Street.

An ambulance took a young woman to the hospital following an accident Wednesday evening at the E-Z Stop on Main Street in Butler.

The young woman and another woman were involved in an accident that sent a Honda Fit compact SUV into the storefront of the business.

The young woman was taken to a nearby hospital by Butler Ambulance services. Her condition is unknown, but she was able to walk to the ambulance with little assistance just before transport.

The vehicle sustained minor front-end damage. The impact of the vehicle bowed the storefront’s brick wall inward and shattered two glass windows.
