Anna Kraynak Fukas

Anna Kraynak Fukas, 93, of Greensburg, formerly of Evans City, passed away Tuesday morning in Red Stone Highlands, Greensburg.

Born in Sharon, June 30, 1916, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Mazur Kraynak.

Mrs. Fukas was a Greek Orthodox.

She retired after 33 years as a waitress at John's Bar in Evans City, and she enjoyed playing bingo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fabian F. Fukas, on April 20, 1974; a sister, and a brother.

Surviving are nieces and nephews John, David, and George Holub, Anna Whitehead and Marie Fitzgerald.

<B>FUKAS </B>— Friends and relatives of Anna Kraynak Fukas, who died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the <B>A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home</B>, 318 W. Main St., Evans City. A great pannychida service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Father Joseph Raptosh officiating.
