David Winaught IV, 54, of Morehead City, N.C., died Sept. 6 at his home.

He is survived by a son, David Winaught V of Slippery Rock; a stepdaughter, Debbie Boengle of Morehead City; two sisters, Judy Burnette of Clearwater, Fla., and Renee Winaught of Beaver County; three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Winaught; a sister, Carole Wise; and his parents, David Winaught III and Lena L. Winaught Connor.
