Donald O. Heinl

Donald O. Heinl, 76, of Saxonburg, died at his residence Sunday.

Born June 5, 1933, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Otto W. Heinl and Ida Miller Heinl.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.

He worked as an audio and sound technician for Gray Communications, retiring in 1985.

He was a member of Dorseyville Alliance Church and the Etna VFW.

Surviving are three sons, David (Karrie) Heinl of Ossining, N.Y., Paul (Teresa) Heinl of Saxonburg and Glenn (Amy) Heinl of Natrona Heights; his sister, Ida May Hammond of Hinckley, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Lois McCarrell Heinl.

<B>Heinl</B> — Friends of Donald O. Heinl, who died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, will be received from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home Inc.</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Vance Viscusi officiating. Interment will be in Mt.
