John H. Tresky
John H. Tresky, 90, of Baden died Sunday in the St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Gibsonia, following an extended illness.
Born March 4, 1919, in Carrolltown, Pa., he was the son of the late John and Mary Kovlasky Tresky.
Mr. Tresky was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during World War II.
He was retired from the RB&W Co., Coraopolis.
He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. John loved fishing, photography and music.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Elzy, Stanley, Steve, Blair and Joe; and sisters, Stella Mancinelli and Genevieve Dreves.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Brad J. and Kathleen Tresky of Evans City; a daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Patrick Keeley of Economy; four grandchildren, Brad Tresky II of Zelienople, David Tresky of Evans City, Nick Lampo of Economy and Jenna Lampo of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and a sister, Theresa Kirsch of Nicktown.
<B>TRESKY</B> — Friends of John H. Tresky, who died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, were received Monday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today in the <B>POLAND FUNERAL HOME</B>, 901 First Ave., Conway, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Benedict Cemetery, Carrolltown.
