Paul W. Stewart, 48, of East Brady, formerly of Cranberry Township, died Thursday as a result of injuries he sustained in an auto accident.

Born Oct. 14, 1961, in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Rev. Carl A. and Paulina V. (Fidler) Stewart.

Paul was a committed critical care nurse at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He will be remembered by the Northway Christian Community as "Chef Paul" for his cooking at their men's monthly prayer breakfast.

Paul was an avid traveler and he enjoyed hunting.

He is survived by his daughter, Hannah F. Stewart and her fiance, Richard Osborne Jr., of Butler; three sisters, Evelyn Stewart of Beaver Falls, Carol Stumpf and her husband, David, of Rochester, and Rachel Fichter and her husband, Charles Jay, of Hesston; his beloved granddaughter, Ciarra E. Osborne; and two step-grandchildren, Isabella and Richard Osborne III. He also is survived by many nieces and nephews.

<B>STEWART</B> — Friends of Paul W. Stewart, who died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home</B>, 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Burry's Church, 1835 Route 68, Rochester, New Sewickley Township. Everyone is asked to meet at the church. Burial will be in St. John's Burry's Church Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mission to the World, designated for THE India/Bhogpur Children's Home, Account 82690, P.O.
