Vincent J. "Fuzz" Foley, 84, of Saxonburg died Friday at VA Butler Healthcare.

Born Dec. 13, 1925, in Verona, Pa., he was the son of Thomas and Nell Foley.

He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Langley during World War II in the Pacific.

He had worked at Armco, retiring in 1969 after 22 years.

He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, Saxonburg VFW Post 7376, and Saxonburg American Legion Post 683.

Surviving are his wife, Billie Lasher Foley, whom he married on Dec. 12, 1947; his daughter, Sally (Les) Passarelli of Saxonburg; his brother, Gerald Foley of Butler; five grandchildren, Luca and Quinn Passarelli, Birch and Justin Foley and Cody Vaughn; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Vincent Sean Foley; and nine brothers and sisters.

<B>FOLEY</B> — Friends of Vincent J. "Fuzz" Foley, who died Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, will be received at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Sunday. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 1:30 a.m. Monday, with Father Steven V. Neff officiating. Interment will follow in Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
