Charles A. DeVore
Charles Arthur DeVore, 62, of Butler died unexpectedly Saturday night of natural causes at his home.
He was born Aug. 25, 1947, in Muddy Creek Township and was the son of George and Maude Brown DeVore.
He was a civil engineer and was working for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
He belonged to the Butler Moose, the Saturday Night Bowling League and the Moraine Sportsmen's Club.
He was a Protestant.
He is survived by three sons, Chuck DeVore of Fenelton, and Gary DeVore and Greg DeVore, both of Butler; three grandchildren; a sister, Mary DeVore of Butler; and a brother, Donald DeVore of Kittanning.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna S. Baer DeVore, who he married Aug. 8, 1970, and who died May 18, 2007; a brother; and two sisters.
<B>DeVORE </B>— There will be no public visitation. A memorial service for Charles Arthur DeVore, who died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at the <B>Jay Bryan Funeral Home</B>, 443 Main St. in Prospect.
