Family Movies on the Lawn, hosted by Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church, take place at dusk Wednesday evenings through Aug. 13. The movies will be shown to the crowd on the lawn of the church's Youth House, which is two houses down from the little church on Freeport Street in Saxonburg. Free popcorn will be provided. The evening will be cancelled in the event of rain. Take a blanket to sit on. Call 724-352-2888.

A Moonlight Swim and Dive-In Movie is planned from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. Friday at Alameda Pool, 184 Alameda Park Road. This week's movie is "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius." The swim and poolside movie event takes place each Friday during the summer, as hosted by the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department. Admission is $3; age 2 and younger are admitted free. <B>Rangos Omnimax Theater</B> at the Carnegie Science Center, One Allegheny Ave. next to Heinz Field on the North Side, has opened "Wild Ocean" and "The Alps." "Pulse: A STOMP Odyssey," an exhibition of percussion from around the world, continues through October. Admission cost varies. Omnimax is not recommended for children younger than 3.
