The Glade Run Lake Conservancy is showcasing all things Glade Run Saturday, Aug. 1.

This is the second annual Celebrate the Lake, where the conservancy will highlight everything the lake has to offer. The event includes live music, hosting activities for youths, featuring animal exhibits and food trucks at the lake, and having volunteers with the conservancy discuss the trails and wildlife that call the area home.

The free event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The conservancy will release butterflies at 2:30 p.m. There will also be a 50/50 and a basket raffle.
