The sixth annual MAD (Music, Art and Drama) Camp will culminate in a group staging of "Pirates of the 'I Don't Care'-ibbean" Saturday and Sunday at Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 Second Ave.

About 65 children in grades one to 12 will participate in the play about storing up treasures in heaven. A staff of more than 35 teen and adult volunteer helpers are assisting with construction of scenery, costuming, lighting and the sound system.

The musical show will go on at 6 p.m. Saturday and at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. An open dress rehearsal is planned for 1:15 p.m. Friday. All performances are free.

The show is under the direction of Kathy Sawyer, director of music and children's ministries at the church.

Members of the cast will also visit a local care facility to present parts of the show for the patients.
