The Art Center, 344 S. Main St., opens the annual Holiday Show and Sale on Friday with a reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Santa Claus with visit. The Members' Gallery will feature artwork by Donna McClelland. Her "Journey Through the Seasons," above, is the result of more than two years of observing and recording the changing seasons. The show and sale and McClelland's exhibit will continue through Jan. 2. Regular hours are noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, noon to 3 and 6 to 9 p.m. Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
