CONNOQUENESSING TWP — Honda North has entered into an agreement to buy Kerven Subaru.

An agreement between the owners of the companies has been signed, but the sale still has “a lot of hurdles” before it is official, a Honda North spokesman said.

Honda North is along Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township. Kerven Subaru is on New Castle Road in Butler Township.

Ownership from both dealers were not available for comment this morning.
