The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

July 13 — Kristin Marie Hersh, 39, of Gibsonia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of an instrument of a crime, receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 12 traffic stop. Police said Hersh had a suspected marijuana cigarette, a vaporizer battery and stolen items from Target and TJ Maxx.

July 13 — Joshua Eric Mischler Deleon, 43, of Gibsonia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of an instrument of a crime and conspiracy following a July 12 traffic stop. Police said Deleon had stolen items from Target and TJ Maxx.

July 9 — Miguel Munoz Romo, 56, of Ambridge, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft and related conspiracy and one misdemeanor count each of possession of an instrument of a crime, receiving stolen property and related conspiracy following an April 30 incident. Police said Romo stole $290.97 in merchandise from Walmart.

July 10 — Cesiah Loanny Duran Pineda, 25, of Greenbelt, Md., was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 10 incident. Police said Duran Pineda showed signs of impairment.

July 13 — David James Rhodes, 43, of Saxonburg was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 23 traffic stop. Police said Rhodes tested positive for THC.

July 10 — Brandon Michael Caruso, 22, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 7 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Caruso tested positive for methamphetamine and THC and had a glass smoking device.

July 10 — Justin T. Wirtz, 47, of Callery, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 12 traffic stop in Adams Township. Police said Wirtz had a blood alcohol content of 0.247%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 13 — Shawn Michael Hickman, 52, of New Brighton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 13 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Hickman had a blood alcohol content of 0.148%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 15 — Elaine Ire Corbin-Mason, 25, of Nanty-Glo, was charged with two felony counts of retail theft following a July 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Corbin-Mason stole $455 in merchandise from Boscov’s.

July 15 — Jordan N. Watts, 29, of Nanty-Glo, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor retail theft following a July 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Watts stole $861 in merchandise from Boscov’s.
