Lorraine M. Harbison, 48, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of intentional possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft taking merchandise, filed June 25.

Brenden Ryan Sutter, 19, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI minor, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcoholic beverage by a minor and minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system, filed July 1.

Christopher Michael Ciarallo, 23, of Coraopolis was held for court on charges of conspiracy retail theft taking merchandise, two counts of retail theft taking merchandise and two counts of receiving stolen property, filed March 19.

Lindsay Elizabeth Fletcher, 32, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of simple assault and harassment, subjecting others to physical contact, filed Aug. 13.

Robert Clair George Jr., 34, no known address, waived for court charges of conspiracy access device fraud, access device fraud, retail theft taking merchandise, receiving stolen property and theft by deception false impression, filed July 24.

Pamela Marie Albinger, 23, of Cheswick waived for court charges of conspiracy retail theft taking merchandise, retail theft taking merchandise and receiving stolen property, filed June 4.

Illya J. Vogel, 20, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of statutory sexual assault and indecent assault person less than 16 years old, filed July 15.

Jodi Maria Garvin, 40, of Ellwood City was held for court on charges of retail theft taking merchandise, defiant trespass and intentional possession of controlled substance, filed Aug. 4.

Danielle Marie Markanich, 22, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of retail theft taking merchandise and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 6.

Casey Lynn Ondich, 27, of Sharon waived for court charges of conspiracy access device fraud, access device fraud, endangering the welfare of children, retail theft, theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property, filed July 22.

Autumn Lynn Harter, 28, of Monaca, waived for court charges of retail theft taking merchandise, receiving stolen property and possessing instruments of a crime, filed Aug. 13.

Elias Scheirer Fochler, 20, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of four counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, two counts of criminal use of communication facility and two counts of intentional possession of controlled substance, filed Dec. 3 by Butler County detectives.

Matthew Edward Walsh, 34, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and two counts of intentional possession of controlled substance, filed June 23 by state police.

John Joseph Driesch, 25, of Beaver, held for court on charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 13.

Leonard John Radzicki, 22, of Freedom held for court on charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 13.
