Horse Trading Days cancels Saturday entertainment

Entertainment at Horse Trading Days Saturday night, July 18, has been canceled due to expected severe thunderstorms and high winds, according to a Facebook post.
An announcement posted around 1 p.m. Saturday on Horse Trading Days’ Facebook page, said the night’s entertainment was canceled, including the free wagon rides and KidZ Corral. The post also said vendors stationed throughout Zelienople were welcome to remain open.
“We want to ensure everyone is safe before the weather trots in,” the post said.
The post also thanked the people who made the event possible, and the ones who attended since Thursday.
The post ends with a sign off saying organizers will be gearing up for next year’s Horse Trading Days.
