Mary S. Gould, 92, of Butler passed away at 5:20 a.m. Thursday at the Lowrie House in Butler.

She was born April 16, 1918, in Scotland, the daughter of the late William Anthony and the late Susan (Sibbald) Anthony.

She was a homemaker and a member of the North Washington United Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by two sons, William L. Wingfield of Atlanta, Ga., and Terry Wingfield of Butler; one daughter, Bonnie Riley of Butler; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Gould Jr., who died Feb. 6, 1994; one daughter, Susan Stierer; five sisters; and three brothers.
