Paul J. Frederick
Paul John Frederick, 70, of 2804 Cherry Ridge Way, Pigeon Forge, Tenn., formerly of Butler, died Thursday of heart failure at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Tennessee.
Born Aug. 8, 1940, in Butler, he was the son of Paul E. “Walt” Frederick and Kathleen Stokes Frederick.
He was a 1958 graduate of Butler High School, served in the Marine Corps from 1958 to 1961 and was a 1965 graduate of Robert Morris College.
Mr. Frederick, who retired in 2005, had worked as an administrator in the resort real estate profession.
He enjoyed golf.
Surviving are his companion, Pam Johnsen of Pigeon Forge; his daughter and her husband, Wendy and Andrew North of Portland, Ore.; two granddaughters, Charlotte and Caroline North of Portland; a brother and his wife, Jay and Carol Frederick of Butler; and nephews, Dr. Steven Frederick of Colorado and Matthew Frederick of Ohio.
<B>FREDERICK</B> — A memorial service for Paul John Frederick, who died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, will be held Jan. 2 at the Wyndham Resort, Sieverville, Tenn.
