Mary Jayne McBurney
Mary Jayne McBurney, 67, of Butler died at 11:20 a.m. Thursday in the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born June 22, 1943, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Robert McBurney and Alberta Shanor (McBurney) Ehrman.
Miss McBurney attended Knoch High School.
She bowled for Special Olympics, and she enjoyed watching TV, cross-stitch and embroidery.
Miss McBurney is survived by three brothers, R. Craig McBurney and his wife, Nancy, of The Villages, Fla., C. Jay McBurney of The Villages, Fla., and H. Bruce Ehrman and his wife, Vicky, of Butler; one niece, Yvonne McBurney; and one nephew, Edward McBurney.
<B>MCBURNEY </B>— Friends of Mary Jayne McBurney, who died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, will be received at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St., Butler, Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor James Campbell, retired pastor of Faith United Presbyterian Church, officiating.
