Kirby K. Klever, 76, of Louisville, Ky., passed Tuesday at Robley Rex Veterans Hospital in Louisville after a short battle with lung cancer.

Kirby graduated from Concord High School, Class of 1952.

He was a Marine Corps veteran and a former employee of the GE Credit Corp. and ITT Commercial Finance. He previously owned the Bundle Express Commercial Laundry Service.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold A. Klever; his mother, Mary Whitmire Klever; a brother, Harold A. Klever Jr.; and a nephew, Ronald Klever Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Barress Klever; a sister, Delores Kiser Cokain; a brother, Ronald A. Klever; nieces Rhonda Kiser O'Donnell, Gayle Kiser Kahle and Susan Klever Jones; and nephews Gary Kiser, Larry Kiser and Terry Kiser.

<B>KLEVER </B>— The final resting place of Kirby K. Klever, who died Tuesday, June 14, 2011, will be at Concord Cemetery in Concord Township.
