BELATED BIRTHDAY wishes go out to Ruthann Bowser, of Butler Township, who celebrated her 41st birthday on Saturday.
Bullcreek Road in Butler Township will be closed Wednesday between Saxonburg Road and Wise Road so workers may replace a crossover culvert. The road is to reopen no later than Thursday.
