Frances C. Leith, 79, of Butler, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2026.

She was born March 18, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Albert Barbella and Mary (Bucciarelli) Barbella.

She graduated from Moniteau High School and attended Pittsburgh Floral Academy, where she became a certified florist. She worked for several years at Bortmas Flowers before later joining Walmart.

Fran was an artist, enjoyed gardening and had a deep love for animals.

She is survived by son, Doug (Jessie Krafchek) Leith, and daughter, Andrea (Ken Hagen) Leith, and grandchildren, Allyssa Leith and Rhiannon Silvers.

She was predeceased by grandson, Gary Douglas Ray II, brother, AJ Barbella, and sister, Clara Herr.

LEITH — A memorial service for Frances C. Leith, who died Thursday, June 25, 2026, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler, with Celebrant Lois Trimbur.
