The school board member that stated that there is probably a handful of teachers out of the 600 that aren't worth anything was right on. Probably more than a handful and I'd wager Joe is one of them. One thing I learned in my lifetime is that anything can be justified, usually by those that are asking for the unreasonable.Another is that unions protect those that are totally useless and nonproductive.
