In response to Amesh Adalja's letter criticizing Alice Ross's letter regarding the March for life, I would like to say a few things. First of all, she stated FACTS, not just "motion-laden words in order to influence the debate regarding abortion rights" These aborted babies do have working hearts, brainwaves, and etc as Ms Ross stated. Furthermore, Adalja stated that, “It is clear that arguments against abortion rights can only be of this sort, for reason and logic are not tools that can be utilized to advance theocracy. How is she advancing "theocracy" by stating that these unborn babies were aborted because they were not wanted? Like it or not, it is the truth. MOST women have abortions because they do not want the baby. She has her opinion, just as you have yours (which by the way I am sure anyone who has ever even glanced at the Butler Eagle in the last 2 years is aware on where you stand on abortion.) Would it be too much to ask that you allow others to write about their opinions and views even if they don't agree with yours without being insulted? You are just as bad as all of those "evil" Christians out there who you claim are always pushing religion on you. You cut down and insult anyone that does not agree with you. People disagree on this issue. You don't need to respond with the same thing every time someone else mentions abortion.
