Police reports as of May 14

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 5 — John Theodore Elliott, 57, of Mars, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 9 incident. Police said Elliott had a baggie of crack cocaine, a metal smoking pipe and chore boy.

Butler

May 1 — David William Orth, 78, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 11 traffic stop. Police said Orth had a blood alcohol content of 0.193%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 3 — Kiera Paige Emigh, 24, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 3 incident. Police said Emigh had suspected crack cocaine, several glass smoking pipes and related paraphernalia.

May 3 — Kiera Paige Emigh, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony contraband possession following a May 3 incident. Police said Emigh had a plastic smoking tube while being booked into Butler County Prison.

May 6 — Payton Daniel Rankin, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 6 incident. Police said Rankin injured a man’s eye.

Cranberry Twp

May 6 — Ruth Marie Hutchinson, 42, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an April 3 incident. Police said Hutchinson showed signs of impairment.

May 6 — Caleb Huf, 22, of Fombell, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an April 15 incident. Police said Huf stole a to-go food order valued at $11.58 from a takeout counter.

State police, Butler

May 4 — Timothy George Sullivan, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an April 15 incident in Center Township. Police said Sullivan showed signs of impairment.

May 4 — Joshua Garner Game, 44, of Butler, was charged with felony transfer of a firearm and misdemeanor statement under penalty following an Oct. 25 incident in Center Township. Police said Game answered falsely while attempting to purchase a firearm.

May 4 — Maxwell James Bowers, 34, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 9 crash in Jefferson Township. Police said Bowers had a blood alcohol content of 0.184%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 5 — Jennifer Sue Palmer, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an April 16 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Palmer showed signs of impairment.

May 5 — Bruce Donald Hamblen, 68, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 16 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Hamblen had a blood alcohol content of 0.119%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 5 — Jerrik James Grove, 18, of Eau Claire, was charged with misdemeanor access device fraud following a Nov. 1 incident in Eau Claire. Police said Grove purchased $302.91 in merchandise from Apple using someone else’s money.

May 5 — Nicholas W. Travis, 23, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 3 crash in Clearfield Township. Police said Travis had a blood alcohol content of 0.114%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 5 — Timothy Paul Parker, 48, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 11 crash in Mercer Township. Police said Parker had a blood alcohol content of 0.204%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 5 — Charles Damon Dosch, 21, of Kittanning, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 27 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Dosch had a tall glass smoking device.

May 5 — Jacob Richard Henry, 32, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 18 incident in Prospect. Police said Henry showed signs of impairment.

May 5 — Logan C. Yenerall, 33, of Greensburg, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 18 crash in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Yenerall tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.271%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock University

May 6 — Madison Rebecca Taggart, 24, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 25 traffic stop. Police said Taggart showed signs of impairment.
