Robert J. Long, 45, of Butler was charged Feb. 2 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at a safe speed and failure to use restraint systems.Tammy Daugherty, 34, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, was charged Feb. 4 by Zelienople police with forgery, theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and identity theft.Robin Hart, 24, of Harmony was charged Feb. 13 by Lancaster Township police with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.Donn W. Sheets Jr., 39, of Portersville was charged Feb. 2 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with blood alcohol level of 0.10 percent or greater and careless driving.Justin Lee Tincha, 19, of Renfrew, was charged Feb. 15 by state police with burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.
