WORTH TWP, Mercer County - District Justice Lawrence Silvis heard the following cases on Wednesday.

Paul R. Fitzgerald, 30, of South Street, Clarion, was charged in connection with three separate robberies at two beer distributorships during the past few years. He is currently in Mercer County jail.Robberies were at:Brewmeister Distributor in Pine Township about 8:45 p.m. on June 23, 2003. Fitzgerald was charged with robbery with immediate threat of serious injury, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking of moveable property, possession of a prohibited firearm, fire arms not to carried without a permit, and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize. In that robbery at gunpoint, $500 was taken from the cash register and the wallet and its contents were taken from the victim.S&S Beer Distributor about 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2003. Fitzgerald was charged with robbery with immediate threat of serious injury, robbery with taking property from another by force, unlawful restraint/serious bodily injure, theft by unlawful taking of moveable property, two counts of simple assault, possession of a prohibited firearm and firearms not to be carried without a license. In that robbery at gunpoint, the victim's wallet, its contents and $90 were taken, as were $267 from the cash drawer and $350 from a moneybag, for a total of $707.Brewmeister Distributor about 6 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2002. Fitzgerald was charged with robbery with threat of immediate serious injury, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking of moveable property, possession of a firearm prohibited, firearms not to carried without a license, and terrorists threats with intent to terrorize, In that robbery at gun point, $2,400 was taken from the cash register.Kara Royer, 22, of Woodside Drive, Grove City, was charged by Grove City police with unsworn false authorization of a written statement and false report/falsely incriminating two men in connection with a burglary. She is free on $5,000 bond.
