WORTH TWP, Mercer County - District Justice Lawrence Silvis heard the following cases Wednesday:

James Lebron, 19, of Highland Avenue, Grove City, aggravated assault, two counts; simple assault, three counts; recklessly endangering another person, two counts; disorderly conduct, three counts; harassment, two counts; purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor; and resisting arrest in connection with an incident at his residence around 4:30 a.m. March 13. He is currently in the Mercer County Prison.Brian Gilmore, 36, of Diamond Road, Grove City, driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving in an incident about 3:15 a.m. Dec. 26, 2003, when he was stopped by state police in Pine Township.
