WORTH TWP, Mercer County - The following cases were heard May 26 by District Justice Lawrence Silvis:

Kathleen H. Harper, 51, of New Castle waived her case to court on charges of driving under the influence and improper left turn after a traffic stop April 16 on West Main Street, Grove City. Harper was released on a $1,000 bond on the condition she refrain from using alcohol and from frequenting places where alcohol is served.

Nicholas A. McClearn, 25, of Sandy Lake was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.10 percent or greater after a traffic stop Jan. 31 on Sharp Road, Lake Township. McClearn was released on a $1,000 bond on the condition he refrain from using alcohol and from frequenting places where alcohol is served.
