WORTH TWP, Mercer County - This case was heard Wednesday by District Justice Lawrence Silvis.

Jason S. Curley, 34, of 319 Center St., Grove City, waived his case to court. He was charged March 20 with corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors. Grove City Police filed the complaint after following up on a previous incident at Curley's residence and discovered that two 16-year-olds, along with Jeremy Gildersleeve, 19, appeared to have been drinking at the residence. Later, Jenna Hale, 19, said in a statement she had been drinking at the residence. Curley was released on a $5,000 bond.
