WORTH TWP, Mercer County - The following cases were heard Sept. 29 by District Justice Lawrence Silvis:
Todd P. Pritchard, 20, Pittsburgh, was held for court. He was charged with three counts driving under the influence, purchasing alcohol as a minor, driving the wrong way, a minor operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and disregarding a traffic control device.
The complaint was filed by Grove City Police after a traffic stop Aug. 19 on Center and West Main streets, Grove City. Pritchard was released on a $1,000 bond on the condition he refrain from using alcohol or frequenting places where alcohol is served.
Steven L. Travis, 35, of Mercer was held for court. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, following too closely, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt system. State police filed the complaint after a traffic stop July 19 on Route 208, Pine Township. Travis was released on a $1,000 bond.
Ian M. Kazimer, 21, of Grove City pleaded guilty to summary counts of disorderly conduct, harassment and trespassing. State police filed the complaint after a series of incidents that began with a fight with a juvenile male at County Market July 10 on Cranberry Road, Pine Township. Kazimer was ordered to pay $744.50 and sentenced to 90 days probation.
Vincent Perrine, 38, of Grove City was held for court. He was charged with terroristic threats and harassment. Grove City Police filed the complaint after a domestic disturbance was reported Sept. 9 at 824 Superior St., Grove City. Perrine was released on a $1,000 bond with the condition he have no contact with his sister, Nikki Williams, or Williams' children, without Williams' permission.
SLIPPERY ROCK - The following cases were heard Sept. 28 by District Justice Clifford Woessner:Janice K. Norris, 44, of Prospect waived her case to court. Norris was charged with driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, disregarding a traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving. State police filed the complaint after a traffic stop Sept. 18 on Route 422 in Franklin Township. She was released on her own recognizance. Norris' arraignment is set for Nov. 8 at the Butler County Courthouse.Wendy A. Fanfarilli, 35, of Portersville waived her case to court. She was charged with simple assault and harassment. State police filed the complaint after responding to a domestic dispute Sept. 12 on Brians Court in Muddy Creek Township. Fanfarilli was released on a $2,000 bond. Her arraignment is set for Nov. 8 at the Butler County Courthouse.Jason A. Stiles, 28, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged with simple assault and harassment. State police filed the complaint after responding to a domestic dispute Sept. 12 on Brians Court in Muddy Creek Township. Stiles was released on a $2,000 bond with the condition he refrain from entering the victim's household or place of employment or from committing further criminal conduct against the victim. His arraignment is set for Nov. 8 at the Butler County Courthouse.J. Stacey Ely, 21, of Easton waived her case to court. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving without headlights. Slippery Rock University Police filed the complaint after a traffic stop Sept. 6 on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock. Ely was released on her own recognizance. Her arraignment is set for Nov. 8 at the Butler County Courthouse.Jeffrey B. Bunda, 21, of Northampton waived his case to court. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving without headlights. Slippery Rock University Police filed the complaint after a traffic stop Aug. 29 on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock. Bunda was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is set for Nov. 8 at the Butler County Courthouse.Larry G. McCracken, 50, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a summary count of disorderly conduct. Harrisville police filed the complaint after a scuffle that followed a traffic stop June 22 on South Main Street in Harrisville. McCracken was ordered to pay $188 in fines and court costs.John J. Berkoben, 19, of North Huntington waived his case to court. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and failure to keep right. State police filed the complaint after a traffic stop Sept. 6 on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock Township. Berkoben was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is set for Nov. 8 at the Butler County Courthouse.
