CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Brad Vincent Passione, 22, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcoholand speeding.

Mark E. Morrissey, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failing to stop and give information and render aid at an accident.

EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Catherine Suzanne Sauers, 21, had her case held to court. She was charged Oct. 14 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Daniel Lee Kopp, 32, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, driving without proper insurance, failure to obey duties at a stop sign, careless driving, failure to immediately notify police of an accident and operating a vehicle without a proper inspection.Danielle Marie Sauer, 26, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her cases to court. She was charged on Oct. 6 by Zelienople police for writing bad checks. She also was charged on Nov. 12 by the Adams Township police on two separate charges of writing bad checks.Timothy Yoakum, 43, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended vehicle registration, driving without a driver's license, failure to keep right and operating a vehicle without proper insurance.Chris Winters, 20, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 23 by the Lancaster Township police with corruption of minors.
