SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty on Monday heard these cases:

Marie Balog, 20, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in the their system, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and underage drinking, filed Nov. 18 by Buffalo Township police.

Frank Dearlove, 50, of 410 E. Locust St., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 16 by Penn Township police.

Spencer Fleming, 35, of 5912 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, driving without a license and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Jan. 3 by state police.

Eric Jordan, 25, of 566½ W. Brady St., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, filed Nov. 16 by Penn Township police.

Gerald Kennedy, 46, of 413 Hazel Ave., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Nov. 22 by state police.

Charles Lingo, 46, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed March 4 by state police.

James Seibert, 27, of 363 Brewer Road, Clinton Township, pleaded guilty to false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Nov. 22 by state police. He was ordered to pay $329 in fines and court costs.
