CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Brian Joseph Shelley, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 11 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failure to keep right.
Heather Lynn Morgan, 23, of Portersville waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
Christopher E. Coll, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft.
Aaron D. Butler, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by Cranberry Township police with theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft.
Rachel Novitsky, 20, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 5 by Cranberry Township police with theft and receiving stolen property.
Angela Lee Bennett, 23, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 4 by Cranberry Township police with attempted theft and retail theft.
June Patience Bouchard, 48, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 1 by Cranberry Township police with eight counts of acquisition (of prescription narcotics) by misrepresentation and possession of a controlled substance and two counts of forgery.
Leonard R. Friedman, 23, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by Cranberry Township police with three counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.
Richard Cory Cox, 28, of Waterford, Erie County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 22 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.
EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Don Reisdorf, Jr., 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 4 by Evans City police with selling-furnishing alcohol to minors, purchasing alcohol by a minor, use-possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.Alexander Nichols III, 32, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregard of traffic lane, speeding, and careless driving.Aaron D. Butler, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 8 by Jackson Township police with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.Randy G.
